Valerie, I appreciate and always find value in the newsletter. In particular, "Conversations are rich with human data". It's obvious, sure. But also incredibly challenging to mine and record. It is one of the challenges we see with AI, specifically within organizations, getting all of the knowledge within the heads of employees captured. And making it part of the body of knowledge. I think there will be roles for great questioners/interviewers to prompt people to remember and articulate experiences that lead to important data capture. And that leads to better information for all.
